When you contact us by email or contact form, we store your details (name, email address, message) to process your enquiry. This data is not passed on to third parties.
Subscriptions and Payments
When subscribing, your contact details (name, email) and payment information are processed via the payment service provider Stripe. Stripe stores payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We only store your email address and Stripe customer ID locally.
Server Logs
When visiting our website, technical data (IP address, browser, operating system, time) is automatically stored in server logs. This data is used exclusively for technical security and is deleted after 30 days.
Cookies and Session
retail-report.com uses technically necessary session cookies for authentication and session management. These cookies are deleted when the browser is closed. No tracking or marketing cookies are used.
